Get a Free Solar Assessment
The City of Bainbridge Island, in partnership with nonprofit Olympia Community Solar, has launched “Solarize Bainbridge,” a limited-time solar group purchasing program designed to make installing solar energy systems simple, affordable, and accessible for the community. Apply between March 1-July 31. Read more here.
Train to Be a Beach Naturalist
Registration is now open to enroll in the five weeks of training to become a Kitsap County-certified beach naturalist. Through a combination of virtual classes and field experience, Sea Grant Marine Ecologist Jeff Adams will prepare participants to join local conservation and education efforts. Early bird registration ends March 1; last day to enroll is April 6.

COBI has a biking/walking/rolling online survey about islanders’ current use of Bucklin Hill Rd between Blakely Av and Fletcher Bay Rd and ideas about needed improvements.
